After long consideration, I’ve decided to remove my blog World of My Imagination.  While it’s been an amazing journey and I’ve loved getting to know all of you, I think it’s time that I refocus my attention on other areas of my life.

Don’t be sad too long, as I’m sure we will come across each other’s paths one day.
Oh and one last thing to tell you before I go…

Boo-yow, people!!!! Did I fool you???? I’ve always wanted to take part in this holiday in some fashion…

And if you haven’t caught on, I’m also taking part in the A to Z Challenge – I didn’t last year and that was a massive – massive – mistake. Today was the letter “A” –

This will be so much fun.
So, what is your favorite April Fool’s Day gag that you’ve played on someone? Have you ever been the victim of an April Fool’s Day joke?

  1. Yeah the headline caught my attention. For so many, time constraints and personal issues are a major thing.

    1. Yah, the truth is that I've thought about taking some time off, especially as things have gotten more and more hectic for me, but I just can't see me doing that. 🙂 At least not for a long time! Hope you are well!

  2. You didn't fool me. You're too passionate about writing and being out here in the blogosphere. No way you'll give it up, Nicole. 😀

  3. Haha. I'd read snippets and had to come check out your post. Fantastic.

Joshua does online preschool and they had an April Fool's animation where the classroom started out upside down for a moment, then flipped right side up with confetti and a big sign. He reloaded that screen every chance he got to watch it again. 🙂

  4. Because I have actually been to almost quitting a number of times in my blogging life, I was sad when I first thought about it – glad you're not going to follow through though. I did it because I some how had to find a balance for me, and to accept that I needed to to allow myself only to write when I could, or sometimes needed too. My writing has taken a totally different turn and I have enjoyed watching it bring me so much more joy than I ever imagined it could!

Even though you didn't do it – I hope you can look at that possibility and recommit, as I did. It really has become part of what makes me live and breathe every day – that is, to write.

    1. For sure – it is definitely something I've been tempted to do more than once, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I love it too much! It gets me writing and connected to the writing world! This was like renewing my vows! 🙂

  5. Why, yes…I was totally fooled by this. But I suppose that's what I get when I'm a few days behind on checking up on people's blogs. Glad to hear it was only a joke 🙂
