My Thoughts

Cliff has such an encouraging voice throughout the audiobook! What I love about his approach is that he doesn’t encourage in a way that goes beyond where you are at. That’s often what I hear others do regarding weight loss. Instead, he meets you where you are at with your weight loss journey. You don’t have to have these big grandiose goals but rather small ones are good too. At the end of the day, it’s really about your health. And that’s what I felt when listening to his audiobook.

He also helps you understand the benefits of certain practices, like fasting or knowing your numbers like your BMI. If you really aren’t sure where to start, Cliff’s audiobook is a great place to start! He also has a helpful guidebook included.
